The Community Land Trust

By purchasing a share in the Community Land Trust, you will become a co-owner of a Cheshire community farm forever. You will be saving part of the countryside for generations to come and a farm from being sold off to developers.

Shares cost just £50 each and you may buy as many as you wish up to a maximum of 400 for yourself or as a gift for someone, although voting is restricted to one vote per shareholder regardless of the number of shares you hold. These are entirely non-profit making shares and will entitle you to an invitation and the right to vote in the Annual General Meeting. Shares are withdrawable and non-transferable which means it is possible for you to sell your shares back to the Community Land Trust.

Shareholders will receive a share certificate and a free Olive Green Welly Monster membership for the first year.
